Adirama's seaside restaurant serves a variety of good standard national and international dishes incl. the Italian, German, Mexican, Indonesian, Chinese, Balinese and Vegetarian cuisine. The restaurant has a small but well balanced wine list to choose from. The service is very friendly and compared to the excellent quality of the dishes the prices are cheap!

Adirama's international cuisine features among others tender Lamb Medallions served with BBQ sauce, Wiener Schnitzel served with parmesan, tomato, spaghetti or baked potatoes, normal sized Neurnberger Sausages with deep-fried onion rings and cruncy, pan-fried sliced potatoes, and Beef Stroganoff served with a creamy paprika and mushroom sauce.

Furthermore there is Grilled Tuna in a garlic sauce, Fish & Chips, filleted chunks of fish in breadcrumbs, deep-fried and served with sauce tartar, Spaghetti Marinara, a pasta tossed with a mix of seafood in a tomato based sauce.

Adirama's Steaks (you can choose from fillet or rump) are excellent. The Steaks are available in several different styles. The Steak "Maitre d'hotel" comes with garlic butter and delicious Rocquefort sauce, and ofcourse there is also the traditional "Au Poivre", a Steak which is served with sauce from crushed black peppercorns.

Adirama's Mexican cuisine features among others Enchilladas (corn tortillas stuffed with chicken or beef, covered with Mexican sauce and served with rice and beans). Chicken Quesadillas are flour tortillas filled with shredded chicken, peppers and tomato, guacamole, salsa and sour cream. Tacos, corn tortilla filled with beef or chicken and combined with salad and covered with grated cheese, served with rice and beans.

Adirama's national cuisine features among others Ang Shio Hi, chunks of filleted fish with sweet and sour sauce, Ayam Goreng Mentega - fried chicken served in a butter sauce, Gilled Satays which can be beef or chicken and are grilled on charcoal, Ayam Goreng Kecap, fried chicken in soy and the Balinese Babi Kecap, small strips of pork cooked in sweet soy sauce.

Adirama's Cheese and Pate Platters feature several delicious combinations of cheese and pate like Tasmanian Heritage Camembert, Adam Aussie Gold, Tasmanian Heritage Gouda, New Zealand's Mainland Danish Blue, Gorgonzola Galbani from Italy with Rubbens Traditional and French style Pates.
